Of course, especially in the beginning, we all needed to play several roles to get the business going. Having a multi-personality was a necessity for survival…

But, what do you call a person who has more than one personality? A schizophrenic.

Now, I’m not referring to a medical condition here but rather to a mindset. This mindset may be inhibiting your business growth, profitability and progress…

Here’s the thing…

To take your business to the next level, you must focus on the best use of your time (your most lucrative personality) and DELEGATE the rest.

Dr Chapman shared the following mind-stretching distinctions:

-       Stop spending dollar time on penny jobs

-       Focus on the ‘brain surgery’ of your business

-       Your business is not a charity so make sure you’re making a profit

To have a more successful business you need to stop being a schizophrenic! You need to become a ‘one personality’ business owner and delegate the less important “personalities” to others.

So, figure out what you NEED to become in order to take your business to the next level. Focus on your KEY RESULT AREAS and delegate the rest.
