We specialize in copywriting services. Using a unique process, we can communicate with your prospects or clients using words they understand and act upon. Isn’t that your biggest challenge right now? 3. Will you come to my office?
It’s typically not necessary. Using our tested and proven system we can get almost any project ready to go, all we need is a phone and an internet hook-up to stay in touch. We’ll not start firing on all syllables unless we absolutely understand your needs and your unique situation. We find the phone and email to be most-effective (no time wasted!) tools to get all the needed information.
If you still require a meeting we generally charge an additional, per-hour rate for our time and travel expenses.
4. How can you write about my business if you didn’t have direct experience in my industry?
That’s a great question! The answer may surprise you. You see we don’t have the answers, you do. We know the right questions to ask to produce a message that gets read and acted upon.
We’ll not write a word of copy unless we FULLY understand the following:
- Your Company.
- Your Objective.
- Your Product /Service.
- Your Communication Style or Voice.
- Your Uniqueness.
- Your Competition.
- Your Target Market.
5. How long will it take to complete my project?
With the current workload we need four to six weeks to produce a project. For best results, we find it’s better not to sprint the process. If you try to rush the development of your copy, it’s like rushing a pregnancy -- you can't make a baby in one month by putting nine women on the job.
If you still require a 24-hour or 48-hour, turnaround – there is a 50%-65% surcharge.
6. Do you require a contract before you begin?
Yes. As soon as we agree on price, we’ll prepare a simple contract defining my obligations and fees. Don’t worry there is no hard to understand Latin clauses – none! It’s a simple document to help us both complete your project on time and on budget. You don’t have to do anything, just sign it and email it back to us.
7. What are your copywriting fees?
We typically determine our copywriting fees on either ‘per-project’ basis or an hourly rate. Every project has its own unique twists and turns, that’s why we don’t provide a one-size-fit-all fee structure. As a general rule, per-project fee seems to work best for us and our clients.
8. What do your copywriting fees include?
- Up to two revisions within 21 days from delivery of the first draft.

That’s why you will get the ‘first draft’ so you can tell if you like the direction, the tone and the flow of the copy. Provided you don’t change the initial scope of the project, you have two revisions included in the fee. Plus, the 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE gives you complete peace of mind.
13. What happens if I change my mind about the direction of a project midway?
We’ll only require payment for the work that was done at the time you notify us of a change in plans. We can then take a different direction if you choose or stop at once.
14. Who owns the rights to the copy you've written for my business?
You do. Once you pay all fees in full, you own the rights to all work created for you. Hope you don’t mind if we keep your copy as an example in our client portfolio. Of course anything that needs to be kept confidential will be "rubbed out."
15. Do you provide graphics or design?
No, that would distort our focus. Making people desperate using the power of words is our area of expertise. But we're flexible enough to work alongside your graphic designers if you like. If you’re looking for professional designers or graphic artists – we can make some recommendations.
16. Do you do projects for profit share or equity shares?
No. Not with new clients. Let’s develop a relationship first.
